The company is operated by founders embedded in two music ecosystems. Utkarsh Dhotekar works within the Indian music and film industries, while Jaydev Verma operates out of Copenhagen within the Scandinavian music ecosystem, with experience across songwriting, production, and international artist development.

This structure provides direct access to both markets and an understanding of how music moves between them. We work within an international network spanning India, Scandinavia, the UK, and the US across songwriting, production, and publishing.

The company works directly with writers, producers, and industry partners across both markets. Bridge Over Water enables cross-border collaboration and access to new opportunities for writers and producers.
